Acceptable Use
Policy
Infrastructure Integrity Standard
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of the Sumitra Global Realty (SGR) infrastructure, marketplace services, and communication systems. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our high-priority transactional network and ensure the reliable delivery of critical property management notifications.
1. Prohibited Communication Activities
Partners and users are strictly prohibited from using SGR systems to engage in the following activities:
- The transmission of "Cold" outreach, unsolicited marketing, or promotional advertisements.
- Utilizing email addresses harvested from the web, purchased from third-party vendors, or obtained without explicit transactional intent.
- Distributing content related to multi-level marketing (MLM), payday loans, cryptocurrency "schemes," or pharmaceutical sales.
- Attempting to bypass system filters or intentionally obscuring sender identity.
2. Transactional Integrity Standards
All communications dispatched via the SGR network must be purely operational. Authorized use cases are limited to:
- Physical Access Control: Delivery of IoT-generated smart-lock credentials and entry protocols.
- Safety & Security: Real-time alerts regarding property conditions, fire safety, or unauthorized entry.
- Contractual Compliance: Transmission of legally binding rental agreements, tax documents, and payment confirmations.
- System Reliability: Automated status updates directly requested by the tenant or property owner.
3. Verification Requirements
To maintain network reputation, SGR enforces the following verification mandates:
- Mandatory DOI: All recipients must have completed a Double Opt-In verification within the partner's management system or via the SGR gateway.
- Identity Mapping: Sender addresses must clearly represent the legal entity managing the property. Use of generic or misleading "From" headers is prohibited.
- Auditable Consent: Partners must maintain timestamped logs of tenant consent for transactional notifications, available for SGR compliance audit upon 24-hour notice.
4. Infrastructure Protection
Users shall not attempt to compromise the security or stability of the SGR grid. Prohibited actions include:
- Unauthorized scanning, probing, or vulnerability testing of any SGR network node.
- Reverse engineering the proprietary IoT-handshake protocols used for access code generation.
- Initiating "Burst Traffic" events that exceed pre-approved volume thresholds without prior coordination with SGR Network Operations Center (NOC).
5. Content Compliance
Transmitted content must remain professional and compliant with the "Premium Enterprise" standards of SGR. We prohibit any content that is:
- Defamatory, obscene, or threatening to guests or staff.
- In violation of the Fair Housing Act or any US state-specific anti-discrimination laws.
- Potentially harmful to the recipient's device (malware, phishing, or suspicious scripting).
6. Enforcement & Remediation
SGR utilizes automated telemetry to monitor delivery patterns, bounce rates, and complaint ratios. If an account exceeds the "Threshold of Integrity" (Complaint rate > 0.08% or Bounce rate > 3%), the following actions occur:
- Immediate suspension of API credentials.
- Manual review of the partner's tenant acquisition workflow.
- Requirement of a formal "Letter of Compliance" before service restoration.
